We surveyed 500 sales leaders (C-level, VPs, and Directors) across the U.S. and U.K. to learn about the impact of tech on their team’s efficiency, their CRM challenges, and the promise of AI.
Some key findings
Sales teams waste significant time on inefficient technology, with tech-time wasters accounting for an average of nearly half of total work time.
While a majority of sales leaders say they are satisfied with their CRMs, a huge percentage are considering replacing it within the next year.
Despite the pains felt by many modern sales technologies, the vast majority of sales leaders report using AI to boost their productivity.
